Cynthia Lyons is deeply involved in the management, marketing and design of Lyons and Lyons Properties' developments. With an undergraduate degree majoring in mathematics and minor in visual arts from the University of California at Irvine, she supervises construction, loan draws, construction contract negotiation, interfaces with loan officers, property insurance matters and design features of developments. As a partner in Lyons & Lyons Properties, she supervises production of leasing/sales promotional material and actively participates in leasing, sales, and lease renewal negotiations. As licensed real estate salesperson, she is qualified to follow up on all duties needed.
