Dakota Brown, MBA, serves as a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Capital Advisory Team, specializing in equity, debt and financing solutions for owners and investors of all commercial property types. Mr. Brown joined the firm in 2021 and initially served as a Financial Analyst before transitioning into a brokerage position.
Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Brown most recently served as an acquisitions and finance analyst for a private equity firm in Clearwater, where he assisted in securing financing and raised equity capital for the firm’s acquisitions and development projects.
He also has experience serving as a project accountant for Strategic Property Partners, focusing on financial reporting for billion-dollar master-planned developments in Tampa, Florida.
