Dale L. Donovan, Principal and Vice President Land Services, specializes in large scale land acquisitions and sales, corporate service assignments, retail, industrial, life sciences and biotech industry site selection, market analysis, sales, leasing, due diligence services and consulting. Client services include positioning, managing, and marketing key properties to and for commercial and major community developers. Her expertise also includes site selection for boutique builders along with tenant/buyer representation. Ms. Donovan’s broad range of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, business development, corporate services, and consulting spans over 25 years. Prior to joining NAI Realvest, Ms. Donovan was president/owner of DLD Commercial Realty, Inc., a full service brokerage firm, founded in 1994 in Boca Raton, Florida with branch offices in Stuart and Winter Haven, Florida. Ms. Donovan relocated from South Florida to Orlando and opened DLD Commercial in Downtown Orlando in 2001. It was during this time Ms. Donovan further enhanced her brokerage services by providing clients with retail tenant representation nationwide. This opportunity led to many transactions including site selections and leasing for more than 150 retail dollar store locations throughout the United States and Canada as well as other national chains and local restaurants. Perhaps one of her more notable achievements upon first entering the Central Florida arena was the marketing effort that landed an $80 million exclusive listing for a high profile 850-acre property in Osceola County. Ms. Donovan’s expertise and knowledge in marketing and strategic planning for development and community planning boards, redevelopment agencies, economic development agencies, downtown development boards, and her leadership in establishing public/private partnerships brings additional skills and expertise to her clients and deals. Ms Donovan's expertise in building client relationships and networking business development opportunities is expressed in her ability in team building for each transaction with the top level of commercial real estate professionals needed to successfully get the deal done.
