Dalton Jernigan is an associate within Newmark’s Tenant Representation Practice. Based in Dallas, he works alongside Garrison Efird and Vice Chairman James C. Cooksey focusing on national office and industrial advisory.
Prior to joining Newmark, Dalton was a portfolio leader at Cresa where he focused primarily on multi-market account management. He leverages this background and knowledge in order provide his clients’ sound real estate solutions that meet both their strategic and financial needs.
Dalton maintains significant positions outside real estate, coaching lacrosse at Highland Park schools, principal director of Texas for 3d Lacrosse, and most recently partnering to live broadcast on network with ESPN and the National Lacrosse League.
