Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Dalton graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelors in Science in Economics in 2019. Currently, he works for Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) in Minneapolis, MN as an analyst supporting their retail capital markets team, specializing in both net-lease and multi-tenant assets across the nation. Some of the skills I have acquired while at JLL include conducting complex financial modeling in Argus and Excel, performing market research, and running multifaceted marketing campaigns, which reach thousands of people a day.
His former experience as a High Net Worth Associate at Fidelity Investments gave me valuable skills such as: deep knowledge of investments and financial instruments, the ability to confidently speak with clients, and exposure to high volumes of trades of securities. He possess both a Series 7 and Series 63 license, each of which is still active.
