Dalton Saberhagen joined CBRE in 2016 specializing in Tenant Representation Leasing with an emphasis on high-tech and professional companies. His market expertise runs along the 101 corridor in the Los Angeles North and Ventura County regions. A proficient communicator, Mr. Saberhagen’s proactive approach focuses on teamwork, creative problem solving, and community involvement in order to bring clients effective strategies capitalizing on real-time data. His focus is to serve the community and makes it a point to remain on the cutting edge of trends in the rapidly changing real estate market. Prior to joining CBRE Mr. Saberhagen worked with Lee & Associates and partnered with Marc Spellman, whose most significant transactions include a Class A Portfolio totaling 700,000 square feet leased for LNR Warner Center; over 260,000 square feet of lease transactions on behalf of Kilroy Realty Corporation; and a 328,000 square foot lease transaction with Healthnet exceeding $100 million in total consideration. Mr. Saberhagen’s attention to detail and high ethical standards are the cornerstones to his client focused approach. His tenacity to see every deal through to the end gives his client the peace of mind that their real estate goals will be accomplished and expectations exceeded.
