Damon Taseff has spent his entire professional career utilizing his financial background within the real estate industry. He excels by leveraging his skill set in strategic planning, portfolio management and financial analysis to address real estate problems with practical and effective solutions.
Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to help a wide range of clients from the public sector to the private sector as well as the individual investor. He has successfully assisted Fortune 500 corporations including Bank One, JPMorgan, Progressive Insurance, and The Timken Company analyze, manage and implement real estate transactions across the United States and abroad.
By synthesizing management consulting, portfolio and transaction management, financial analysis and investment due diligence he has been able to add value for many clients. Whether it be helping a client dispose of an industrial facility or representing a client buy a retail investment, Mr. Taseff has successfully acted as a pragmatic, educated and skillful advisor.
Mr. Taseff has been published and interviewed for numerous publications regarding corporate real estate trends and economic development. A few of these industry journals include Bank News, ABA Banking Journal, and COSE Update and the Economic Development Journal. He is Board President of the Ohio City Near West Development Corporation and a founding member of the Young Leaders Group of the Cleveland Chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
Mr. Taseff earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Peter B. Lewis School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio with a concentration in Finance. He obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio with a major in Finance and Marketing. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio.
