As a Vice President in the brokerage department, Dan specializes in investment sales and client representation in the industrial and office sectors. With over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dan has completed more than 400 transactions. He specializes in the representation of investors and institutional owners throughout the lifecycle of office and industrial assets. Dan is a graduate of the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and also has his master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri, a licensed broker in Illinois, and a CCIM Designee.
