Bio
Dan and his wife bought their first property in the Arkansas Valley in 1993 and have been buying and selling ever since. Dan retired from executive positions in the corporate and academic healthcare worlds after 35 years, having lived abroad and in major metropolitan areas. He is as comfortable working with the sophisticated buyer and seller as he is with first-time buyers or sellers. With Dan’s executive background, he understands the importance of responsive service and constant communication, whether working with a buyer or seller. He “grew up” in organizations that put the client first and thinks about transactions from the client’s point of view.
Dan has been a real estate broker for 13 years with a fair amount of success, despite starting out during the 2008 financial crisis. He was the “most productive” Century 21 agent in the state of Colorado in 2019 and surpassed those results in 2020. Dan has helped clients buy the property they have always wanted and helped others sell their special property. His listing or selling property values have ranged from $21,000 to $3.95M, and include residential, land, and commercial listings.
Dan’s wife, Beth, is his “partner” in the practice (without license), specializing in photography, graphic communications and attention to details associated with listing properties. Their approach to information they produce is focused on attention to detail and the eye-catching pictures and descriptions of each property. Dan and Beth take a personal interest in their clients and their property. Dan has been a trustee of Colorado College since 1994. In the slower months of real estate, Dan and his wife enjoy working on their bucket list for travels, having been fortunate to have visited all seven continents.
