Daniel Czerwinski is Vice President, Leasing for J. J. Gumberg Co. Mr. Czerwinski has been with the company for nearly 20 years and is responsible for the lease negotiations of numerous tenants, including such big-box retailers as Best Buy, Stapes, Barnes & Noble, Marshalls, T. J. Maxx and Old Navy.
With roughly 30 years of experience in the shopping center industry, Mr. Czerwinski currently manages the releasing, redevelopment and repositioning of several retail properties throughout the country. In addition, he oversees leasing activities and tenant relations for Gumberg’s entire portfolio of shopping centers and conducts
market analysis for the potential acquisition of middle-market malls.
Before joining Gumberg, he served as a Regional Leasing Manager for Youngstown, Ohio-based Edward J. DeBartolo Corp., one of the nation’s largest developers of enclosed shopping malls.
Mr. Czerwinski is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
