Dan began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 1989, concentrating on tenant representation in the various office markets of Atlanta. By focusing on the clients' objectives and the market conditions that impact the economics and logistics of office relocations, Dan has had the privilege of representing both large international corporations and local companies. Dan is a past President of SIOR, Georgia Chapter, current National Keynote Speaker Chair of SIOR and Head of Affiliations for CORFAC International. He was also Vice President of the Ahavath Achim Synagogue for 4 years.
A spotlight of Dan's significant transactions includes representing RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. with their headquarters relocation, totaling approximately 85,000 SF, to Cumberland Center IV. He also has had the privilege of working with Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco P.C. in securing 50,000 SF at One Alliance Center in Buckhead, and helping Popeyes secure a 60,000 SF lease in the Central Perimeter. He has worked with Prudential, Wolters Klewer, & Lucas group on both large and small transactions around the United states.
