Dan S. Johnson, a California Real Estate Broker, specializes in representing tenants with the acquisition and disposition of their space needs in downtown San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area. Dan has successfully executed deals on behalf of a variety of types of clients including; tech companies, law firms, professional business/financial services companies, non-profits, and startups. Prior to joining JLL, Dan worked as a Broker/Consultant for PSRS, one of Southern California’s leading Commercial Real Estate debt and equity placement firms. His experience at PSRS gave him insight into how owners and lenders evaluate office space and tenants with respect to property financing. He is able to leverage this insider perspective in negotiations with landlords, allowing him to optimize outcomes for tenants. Dan has also spent time working for JP Morgan & Chase, and eBay.
