Dan (Church Guy) Klatt has had a diverse and successful career mastering two industries, including auto repair, business brokering, and real estate. He founded Glorified Bodies, Inc., an auto body collision business known for its exacting standards and production of award-winning show cars, in 1976. Under his leadership, the company earned numerous first-place trophies at national and regional car shows. He supervised all departments, trained employees, and ensured adherence to company policies. After 26 years, Dan sold the business, which now operates under new ownership.
In 1998, Dan became a Principal/National Training Coordinator at Cara Collision & Glass, a $40M enterprise formed through the merger of 15 existing collision locations. Dan played a key role in acquiring 12 additional locations across Nevada and the Midwest, bringing the total to 27 locations across five states. As National Training Coordinator, he designed and implemented a wide area network linking all locations to the corporate headquarters, helping streamline operations. The company was eventually sold to a group of investors.
Dan also served as President of the Nevada Auto Body Association from 1986 to 1990, where he educated the collision repair industry in Nevada and authored several articles for trade journals. His advocacy efforts led to the successful passage of two bills in the Nevada State Senate and Assembly, which protected consumers from unfair insurance industry practices in vehicle repair. These bills have since become an important part of Nevada state law.
Transitioning into real estate, Dan founded Church Guy Network, an eXp Commercial Agency, in 2004. Specializing exclusively in churches, schools, daycares, and youth centers, he became a Church Real Estate Specialist and Certified Church Consultant. His expertise in church property transactions has made him a trusted advisor for religious organizations across the United States. Additionally, Dan is the Co-Founder of Elegant Interiors, LLC, which serves the greater Las Vegas area, providing flooring, window coverings, furniture, remodeling, and interior styling services since 2013. As a Founder of K2 Equity Partners, he has also ventured into multi-family real estate investing since 2019, where he applies his business acumen to maximize property and business sales.
Dan is also an author, having written two books. A Painless Detox, No More Excuses is a self-help book aimed at helping individuals and families overcome addiction to medications, alcohol, drugs, and other substances. His upcoming book, Church on the Move: A Practical Guide to Church Growth and Re-Location, provides churches with guidance on property acquisition and relocation, including identifying potential pitfalls and avoiding common mistakes in these processes.
Throughout his career, Dan has been dedicated to mentoring and training others. He has led numerous technical training courses and educational programs with institutions like the Automotive Service Association (ASA), PPG, and 3M Companies. He has also spent significant time volunteering, including 19 years as a youth advisor at North Gate Christian Church and providing marriage and family counseling. Dan’s extensive experience in business management, employee training, and counseling has made him a trusted advisor to many individuals and organizations.
Dan’s work extends beyond just business—he has developed several innovative products, including Shave Station, a shaving system for sensitive skin, and Glory-Coat, a sprayed-in truck bed-liner system known today as LINEX. He also developed the Headroomer®, a sunroof accessory purchased by the American Sunroof Company in 1985. Dan continues to work on new products and systems that promise to make an impact in the auto repair industry and beyond.

Whether in the auto body repair industry, real estate, or his various ventures, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to innovate and lead with integrity.
