Dan began his career in the print & direct marketing industry at AMC-Jeep (now Fiat-Chrysler) by leveraging technology to create unique and interactive response mechanisms. He experienced success in sales and achieved senior leadership positions. Utilizing his technology experience, he transitioned from the corporate world into the dotcom arena helping to grow and eventually sell those entities, which lead him to his next challenge, the real estate and land development sector. With over 14 years in the field, Dan has been involved in the development and redevelopment of over 4,000 lots and over 1,000 apartment units in the Carolinas, helping to either raise equity or secure financing for projects in the amount of over $100 Million.
