Mr. McCall joined Albrecht Incorporated in 2018 with over 30 years of experience in the retail real estate industry managing and leasing retail shopping centers and regional malls. He has worked for some of the largest retail developers in the country including Jacobs, Visconsi & Jacobs (now The Jacobs Group) and Developers Diversified Realty (now SITE Centers) as well as for national retailers coordinating a portfolio covering eight states in the Great Lakes and Midwest region.
As Director of Retail Leasing, Mr. McCall is responsible for the company’s retail shopping center portfolio including leasing, management, redevelopment, acquisitions, and dispositions, with an emphasis on value creation.
Mr. McCall earned a B.F.A. from Ohio University and attended graduate school at The University of Akron and Michigan State University with an emphasis on leasing and management of retail shopping centers. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over 25 years and has numerous ICSC designations including Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS).
He enjoys golfing, cycling, hiking, kayaking and anything related to the outdoors as well as time with family.
