For the last 18 years, Dan has represented clients in the sale, leasing and development of commercial real estate with a focus in tenant representation, data centers and workplace strategies.
Based in the CBRE Minneapolis office, Dan provides client advisory and transaction services and is a member of the CBRE Data Center Solutions team. Dan represents both occupiers and owners in local requirements and national clients requiring data center expertise.
Dan’s data center brokerage experience includes site selection, colocation agreements, sale/leasebacks and asset acquisition/disposition. His advisory background includes enterprise consulting and project management.
Dan’s ability to combine specialized market knowledge, extensive transactional history and corporate experience provides his clients timely insight, economic value and trusted support for their business objectives.
Prior to brokerage, Dan was a consultant in the Minneapolis market working with Fortune 500 clients on IT based initiatives. Earlier in his career, Dan held leadership roles in developing a successful printing business and sports marketing company.
