He is an industry veteran of 36+ years and has worked exclusively for more than 31 years at First Team Real Estate, Orange County’s #1 independent brokerage. He has served as manager of the Irvine office for the past 30 years.
At First Team’s 2015 Ritz Carlton Awards evening, Dan was recognized with an Excellence in Management Award as Manager of the Year. But the statistics that make Dan proudest are those that speak to the achievements of the agents he manages and coaches. In 2014, the Irvine office was recognized for being the office with the highest percentage increase of estate sales for closed sales of properties valued at more than one million. Specifically, the office’ Estate sales increased by 165% over the previous year.
