Dan Skodras, CPA, joined Bradley Company in 2003. Prior to joining Bradley Company, he spent 25 years at Crowe Horwath and left there in 2001 as a partner.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and is also a licensed CPA and a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. As Managing Director, Corporate Consulting, Dan works to service existing Corporate Service accounts and further develop new corporate client relationships in the Michiana market, as well as consult in clients’ real estate transaction management and various real estate capitalization and management strategies, such as sale-leaseback transactions. He is also actively involved in a variety of investment sale transactions.
