Mr. Stover joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in August 2006. He specializes in serving the needs of corporate real estate users, institutional owners and entrepreneurs throughout Florida and the Southeast through sales and leasing for tenants and landlords. Since joining Newmark Phoenix Realty Group, Mr. Stover has brokered industrial, office and land transactions representing over 10 million square feet. Mr. Stover’s strategies incorporate the clients short and long term real estate objectives while maximizing flexibility and creating value for the user. Mr. Stover spent 25 years as a sales and business development executive in the consumer products industry prior to joining Newmark Phoenix Realty Group.
