Dan joined the Corporate Services Division of Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. in 2004 with a primary focus on tenant representation. He specializes in relocation, early negotiation, lease restructures, acquisition and disposition of office space. Dan brings a strategic approach of finding complete solutions for customer problems to his role in the tenant representation industry.
Dan is also completing course work to obtain his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and will soon join a worldwide group of elite commercial and investment real estate professionals. He is a member of NTCAR Association.
Dan is originally from Tyler, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Business Foundations. He currently resides in Dallas.
