Mr. Beer joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Denver office in 1998 as a member of the Commercial Leasing Division. Mr. Beer has managed to make a significant impact in Denver’s real estate markets as he has successfully handled nearly 500 transactions totaling 2.0 million square feet of office space with a total leasehold value of almost $100M. Mr. Beer has been recognized for his accomplishments in the Denver Business Journal, Colorado Real Estate Journal, Rocky Mountain News and the Denver Post. As Director of the Corporate Investor Services Agency Leasing Group in Denver, Dan provides first class transactional leasing services to his owner clients. Focused primarily in the central Denver and southeast suburban office market, Dan’s clients include LNR Partners Inc., Parmenter Realty Partners, St. Paul Properties, Colorado & Santa Fe LLC, Zell Properties and Prudential Real Estate Investors. With superior analytical and presentation skills, Dan’s clients have awarded his hard work and determination with additional leasing assignments. Since the beginning of 2006, Dan has completed over 300 assignments totaling approximately 2 M square feet. In 2012, , Dan represented St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company (a subsidiary of Travelers Insurance) on a lease with Wells Fargo, NA for 67,790 rentable square feet in Meridian Business Park and has leased over 138,579 rentable square feet at the Galleria Office Towers. Prior to Dan’s representation of Landlords, Dan’s focus included numerous high profile tenant representation assignments. Some of the most challenging assignments included acquisition of data center and switch sites in the Western U.S. for the build-out of Qwest’s nationwide 18,500 mile fiber optic network. Mr. Beer’s work included the completion of several projects including Sunnyvale, Ca, Burbank, CA, Seattle, WA, Salt Lake City, UT, Kansas City, KS, and Colorado Springs, CO. As the single point of contact for Compaq Computer Corporation, Mr. Beer oversaw build to suit, office/industrial lease acquisitions and dispositions for Compaq’s eastern region. Specializing in office leasing and transaction management, Mr. Beer’s local Colorado tenant clients include Lucent Technologies, Inc., General Motors Corporation, Lockheed Martin Corporation, CNN, Bear Stearns & Co., Raytheon Service Company, Alcatel USA, Penford Food Ingredients, Alumni Consulting Group, M2M Data Group, Perot Systems Corporation, Equity One and Business Genetics.
