Daniel A. D. Clark, who has been with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC since January 2002, is Vice President and Manager of the Columbus, Ohio, office. Daniel specializes in representation of restaurants, retailers, and developers in their site selection, multiple-parcel land assemblage, leasing, investment analysis, and the development/redevelopment process throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. His current tenant representation clients include Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza, Brinker International (Chili’s), Dave’s Hot Chicken, Family Dollar/Dollar Tree, Grube Enterprises (Buffalo Wild Wings Franchisee), McAlister’s Deli, Robeks Fruit Smoothies and Healthy Eats, Smile Brands (Bright Now!
