Daniel D. DePasquale serves as Director at Katz & Associates. His focus is on landlord and tenant representation in New York City and Long Island. Daniel has been in the industry since 2014. He has completed deals in all 5 boroughs, as well as in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Daniel worked with AT&T’s corporate and franchise network to open new locations in all 5 boroughs. Daniel was instrumental in bringing the Bulldozer Hospitality Group to New York City from Dubai and Russia. He assisted Brooklyn-based American Standard Hospitality Group in opening 4 locations in 2 years. Daniel represented Greystone Development in leasing space to Michael Bloomberg’s 2020 Harlem campaign office. He is currently working with Hungry Ghost Coffee to expand their footprint in Manhattan and Brooklyn. With Daniel’s help, they’ve grown from 8 to 13 locations in less than 2 years. Prior to joining Katz, Daniel worked at Winick Realty Group where he built strong relationships with many of the city’s developers and retailers.
