Daniel Garant specializes in investment, land and redevelopment properties which follows his unique past experience in architecture, construction, real estate development and financing. He has been directly involved in institutional, commercial and residential projects of a total value over half a billion dollars.
For the first eight years of his career, Daniel owned an architectural firm which gave him valuable experience for later on getting involved in numerous projects as a developer and client representative. He was involved in the Concordia University’s Science Complex valued at 85 million dollars. Moreover, he has represented major institutions and corporations for their relocation, expansion and built-to-suit requirements. These transactions include the NRC’s Biotechnology Research institute extension under an 18-year lease and Quartier International de Montréal’s 28 million dollars underground parking redevelopment under a 60 year underground right agreement.
