Daniel manages all acquisition/disposition activities for retail and retail development opportunities. Dan identifies potential retail acquisitions and is responsible for the underwriting, financial analysis, market analysis, and due diligence of all retail transactions. He also prepares financial analyses to evaluate potential leasing, development and redevelopment scenarios for current assets. Dan received his Bachelor Degree in Finance, Marketing, and Management from the University of Delaware. Prior to joining BET Investments, he worked for WP Realty in the Capital Transactions and Asset Management Department specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout the Northeastern United States.
