As a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties, Daniel Hall brings remarkable charisma, positive energy, and a sincere level of commitment to every real estate transaction he is involved in. His successful real estate career began in 2002 when he became a managing partner for New York City-based brokerage, Madison Estates. Daniel then went on to establish his own brokerage, Hall Homes, where he closed hundreds of residential and commercial transactions throughout New York City and managed an office of 22 agents. Over the course of the next several years, Daniel built Hall Homes into a highly-respected brokerage, closing 98 percent of the listings his company brought on.
Several years later, Daniel joined his wife, Courtenay Hall, in launching a highly-respected media company and lifestyle publication, BELLA Magazine. Daniel and Courtenay notably secured cover features for the magazine with well-known celebrities such as Kristin Cavallari, Paris & Nicky Hilton, Christie Brinkley, Lisa Vanderpump, and more.
After successfully running BELLA Magazine for nine years, Daniel chose to join Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices to leverage the international celebrity network he formed through the magazine and help his contacts make informed real estate decisions.
