Daniel Horowitz joined Savills in 1990 after spending three years with Cushman & Wakefield. Hired by Savills as a specialist in tenant representation, he has since become a principal in the firm. Daniel’s accomplishments have earned him consistent recognition as one of the firm’s top producers.
Daniel leads a team with veteran Savills advisor Jeffrey Peck. Together they have assembled one of the highest producing teams at Savills, providing strategic planning and sophisticated financial and technical analysis to create cost- saving real estate solutions. As a commercial tenant broker, Daniel has represented tenants in transactions exceeding 6 million square feet of space with a transaction value exceeding $3 billion. Among his clients are The Clearing House, Covington & Burling LLP, Steptoe & Johnson LLP, IHS Markit, W.W. Norton & Company, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, CUNY, Burberry, Ares Capital and Onex Investment Corp.
