Daniel Howell, commercial Real Estate Broker, is responsible for development coordination, sales, leasing, project feasibility and investment analysis for Bay Villa Developers, Inc.
Dan has successfully developed and leased over 1/2 million square feet of commercial space for the company. He obtained construction financing and permanent mortgage loans on these same projects and was responsible for the sale of nine commercial properties from the Bay Villa portfolio.
Formerly with the Marling Group (developers and consultants), Price Waterhouse as a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Howell has extensive experience in all facets of the commercial developement process.
Dan graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Accounting and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida.
