Daniel serves as Vice President in the New Jersey office. He represents both landlords and tenants in the real estate process and specializes in the office and healthcare sectors. His extensive knowledge of medical office needs brings a tailored approach, ensuring high client satisfaction. Daniel joined Transwestern in 2014, bringing a multifaceted perspective to the team with more than 20 years of corporate real estate, operations, and management experience. Prior to joining Transwestern, Daniel served as an Operating Partner for DJL Partners. He provided strategic consulting and asset management services to healthcare organizations and investment groups, including Normandy Real Estate Partners. Daniel's transactional leadership was able to assist this client in the successful recapitalization of a formerly distressed regional portfolio of medical office buildings. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Edgell Communications, where he led the transformation of a traditional magazine publisher into a fully integrated media organization with diversified revenues and a re-engineered operating model.
