Daniel Nesselbush is the director of marketing and manages all local marketing and communications initiatives for the Buffalo office of CBRE Upstate NY.
Dan is responsible for all local marketing initiatives which include research, development, and creative execution of marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts. He works closely with the advisory and transaction professionals in the Buffalo office to publish the market’s annual Figures reports. Dan is also responsible for integrating and directing CBRE’s brand initiatives in the Buffalo Niagara region.
Prior to joining CBRE Upstate NY, Dan served in marketing management roles for firms in manufacturing and industrial services after starting his career in the newsroom as a sports producer at WKBW.
Dan is a past vice president and executive board member of AAF Buffalo, the Western New York chapter of the of the American Advertising Federation. The nonprofit organization provides educational and networking opportunities for members of the marketing and advertising community.
