Dan has completed transactions and is licensed in AR, NC, and SC. Multifamily and multifamily land is his preferred type of transactions but he has completed many industrial, office and retail deals. Dan has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2009 and completed his CCIM designation in 2013 after only 4 years in the business. His background includes 13 years in the US Army as a Armor/Cavalry officer and founder of a manufactured stone company. He has completed millions of dollars in sales and was awarded the Trailblazer award in 2014 by the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors. Dan is a member of the Northwest Arkansas CCIM chapter.
