Daniel Wall is an Associate with CBRE’s Investment Sales team in the San Antonio office, where he provides services on industrial acquisition and disposition for single and multi-tenant investment properties throughout central and southern Texas. In his role, Daniel advises owners and investors on market trends and aids in the underwriting process. Daniel’s experience includes the sale of industrial, office, land, and retail assets, as well as 1031 exchanges.
Prior to joining CBRE, Daniel began his real estate career in Dallas with NAI Robert Lynn, where his role was focusing on market intel and property-specific research for acquisition, disposition, and lease assignments. He’s a proud Texas native and graduate of Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance. An active community leader, Daniel serves as a member of the Urban Land Institute and is excited about the future growth and opportunity for commercial real estate in San Antonio.
