Directly responsible for the Property Management, Leasing & Acquisitions, Marketing and Construction departments. Provide leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people in place to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Responsible for driving the company to achieve and exceed sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. Participate in the development of the company’s plans and programs as a strategic partner.
