Danielle Orville is Associate for Garito & Co, a Commercial Real Estate firm in downtown Orlando specializing in full-service Real Estate Brokerage in one of the strongest commercial markets in the country. Danielle focuses her attention on representing landlords and retail tenants both expanding and beginning ventures in an ever-growing and fast-paced market.

Prior to joining Garito & Co, Danielle worked alongside local Florida founders of a thriving enterprise of companies encompassing all things real estate including co-hosting the growing Podcast, "The Investor Warrior". Distinctively focusing on evaluating investment assets and prioritizing asset stabilization and revitalization to the highest and best use has captivated Danielle’s attention in recent years. Backed both by experience and expertise, Danielle has been successfully involved in project management, cost analysis, rehabilitation, construction management, marketing, leasing and property management.
As both an investor and multi-state commercial broker, Danielle’s passion and ambition continue to push professional boundaries currently pursuing CCIM designation. She is an active member of CREW Orlando and participant in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Backed by 4 years in Raleigh, NC with significant experiences in client-facing roles, sales, operations, hospitality, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Breaking into the real estate business development world with a growing downtown commercial real estate firm as a licensed broker, Danielle led operations in strategy, managerial, implementation, and fulfillment departments.
Initially coming from a background in public education and sociology, Danielle began her career teaching elementary students in rural Columbiana, Ohio, impacting both the children and her community for over a decade additionally serving on the negotiation and licensing committees.
Born and raised in a small suburb outside Youngstown, Ohio Danielle completed undergraduate work at the University of Mount Union further earning a master’s degree at Nova Southeastern University. Currently residing in Oviedo, Florida she is a fitness enthusiast, avid traveler, and vivacious supporter of local businesses attributing her education and success to many mentors nationwide and varied experiences.
