Danny joined the KBC team with a focus on leading the Phoenix brokerage arm through agency leasing, local and national tenant representation, and the sourcing of industrial development sites. With a proven track record of success and deep industry knowledge, clients rely on Danny's extensive market experience to guide them through every step of the leasing, acquisition and disposition process.
Prior to KBC, Danny spent time at Colliers International in Phoenix. At Colliers, Danny specialized in the sale and leasing of single and multi-tenant industrial properties throughout Phoenix. He also developed relationships with direct users and developers, providing expertise during the transaction process, and assisted and negotiations for build-to-suit developments, including site selection and building design. During his time at Colliers, Danny represented both global manufacturers and retailers in the United States.
Before joining Colliers, Danny spent five years at Hub Group, one of the largest multi-modal transportation providers in North America, where he specialized in logistics and transportation. At Hub Group, Danny gained deep, first-hand experience in logistics and multi-modal transportation. He also launched the Account Development Sales team, where he sold transportation solutions with a focus on intermodal transportation to medium-sized retailers throughout North America.
Outside of work, Danny is very involved in his local community. He is an active member of Phoenix 20/30, the oldest philanthropic organization in the city, dedicated to serving underprivileged youth. Phoenix 20/30 raises money for the Children in Need Foundation throughout the city. Danny also taught tennis, including wheelchair tennis, to children and adults at the University of Arizona.
Danny studied marketing at the Eller School of Management at the University of Arizona, where he was also a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.
