Darin Armbruster joined Newmark in 2015 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s Cincinnati, Ohio, office. Darin’s expertise is in office brokerage, representing both investors and occupiers. For investors, Darin specializes in dispositions, single-tenant assignments, and long-term engagements in leasing multitenant office buildings. For occupiers of office space, Darin focuses on select tenant and buyer representation projects, both locally and in multiple markets.
