Darin Manning is the Senior Vice President of the Savills office in Columbus, Ohio, where he brings a consultative approach to meeting his clients’ commercial real estate needs. He works closely with Savills Chicago office and the Industrial Services Group in Rutherford, NJ. His specialties include build-to-suit consulting for both industrial and office space, land entitlement services for development and multi-market site selection and development consulting. In more than 25 years’ experience, Darin has assisted clients in acquiring, developing or leasing more than 20 million square feet of industrial and office properties at an aggregate value of over $900 million.
Darin joined Savills in 2018 from the Atlas Group, a brokerage and consulting company he formed in 1995 in Columbus, Ohio. His in-depth experience there encompassed sourcing/origination, underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions, development, entitlement services, incentive negotiation, finance, leasing and property asset management. Darin also assisted Titan Development in the design, entitlement and development of three master-planned industrial parks in Central Texas. Prior to Titan, Darin held senior positions at the Covington Group, a private equity real estate investment company based in Dallas, Prologis, and the Pizzuti Companies.
