Bio
Darryl Dadon is a Senior Vice President with CBRE's Austin office. He specializes in institutional landlord representation and corporate tenant representation across the Austin market, and engages in a variety of projects, including investment sales, dispositions, and industrial and office/flex leasing assignments. Devoted to his team’s success, Darryl actively markets properties, prepares financial lease analysis, performs strategic lease negotiations, and executes a broad range of transactional activities for a diversified set of institution owners. For IndCor Properties, a 3.75 million square foot flex portfolio, his team increased rental rates 25% and moved occupancy from 89% to 99% within a 10-month period. In recent years, Trammell Crow Company and Clarion Partners retained his team to lease 450k square feet at Expo Business Park. His team handles a portfolio in excess of 6 million square feet of office and flex properties and over 6 million square feet of developable office buildings in the Austin market, and his work continues to advance the team’s growing portfolio in the Greater Austin area. Darryl began his career in multifamily commercial real estate with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty where he successfully marketed and sold San Diego commercial real estate and maximized returns in a limited time frame. Through galvanized marketing efforts, he increased monthly client contact tenfold. After gaining specialized multifamily experience, Darryl transitioned to residential real estate for Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, specializing in investment sales of luxury residential homes. He provided his clients a mastered marketing strategy, as well as a results-driven process, that delivered success.
