Mr. Darryl W. Parmenter founded the company in 1989 and currently serves in the role of Chairman and member of the Advisory Board. Mr. Parmenter has 35 years of experience in real estate acquisition development and management operations. Prior to this, he was a Managing Partner for ten years at Lincoln Property Company where he directed the development, management, and property acquisition program for numerous high rise office properties and mixed-use projects, the development of 701 Brickell Avenue, a 750,000 square foot, 33-story building in Miami, Florida where Parmenter is headquartered. Mr. Parmenter was a Senior Investment Broker at CBRE and was recognized for his outstanding performance by inclusion in the Colbert Coldwell Circle, a designation given only to the top ten percent of brokers nationally. He has been an active Member of the Urban Land Institute on which Mr. Parmenter is a Governor and served on its Urban Development Mixed-Use Development Council for many years. Mr. Parmenter also served in the Marine Corps decorated for his combat command, reaching the rank of Captain. He has served on several national and regional civic and charitable organizations, such as The Baptist Hospital Foundation and the Coast Guard Foundation. Mr. Parmenter was a member of the Real Estate Round Table the real estate industry’s policy organization and the Advisory Board for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. He was also a founding Board Member of the Ocean Reef Club.
