Daryl Grubbs, joined the company in 1976 after studying mechanical engineering at the University of Florida. When Connie retired in 1985, Daryl took over the company and has run it ever since, designing and building custom residential and commercial projects. Daryl also owns and manages commercial properties, in addition to doing land development and leasing.
