As Vice President of the Hogan Companies, Mr. Barba focuses on tenant representation, leasing, investment sales, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial property throughout the core counties of Maryland.
Mr. Barba''s private and public sector experience includes over 11 years in mergers and acquisitions as well as commercial real estate brokerage and project management.
Prior to joining the Hogan Companies, Mr. Barba was Senior Vice President with Douglas Commercial, an Annapolis-based firm dealing in all aspects of the commercial real estate landscape. Prior to Douglas Commercial, Mr. Barba worked in mergers and acquisitions for a leading Fortune 500 Defense/Aerospace company.
Mr. Barba holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from George Washington University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute. He also received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing and Finance from Cabrini College.
Mr. Barba currently resides in Annapolis, Maryland with his wife and two children.
