Mr. Casimiro is a commercial real estate profession with over 15 years of experience, wherein the past 12 have been dedicated to the Medical Office Building niche in Ontario and Atlantic Regions of Canada. He has earned a strong reputation amongst his peers and clients and is recognized as a corporate and industry leader. Prior to joining the REIT, Mr. Casimiro was employed as a Sales Representative at the brokerage firm, Cushman & Wakefield in Toronto. Mr. Casimiro has an Honours B.A. degree in Geography from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the joint Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University & the Schulich School of Business program at York University. He is an active member of BOMA, NAIOP and ULI real estate associations and he volunteers as a Director on the Michael Garron Hospital Foundation Board wherein he chairs the Planned Giving Committee and Annual Golf Classic as well as serves as a member of the Hospital’s Redevelopment Committee.
