Dave began his real estate career in 1997, practicing real estate law in Des Moines. Dave parlayed his legal knowledge and experience into a broader spectrum of real estate management and development. Under Dave’s leadership, Signature Commercial Real Estate has steadily grown to become one of the most trusted and respected commercial real estate companies in the Des Moines metro.
Dave holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa as well as a Master’s of Business Administration degree and Juris Doctorate from Drake University. Dave has served on the board of Two Rivers Bank and Trust as well as the Mercy Hospital Foundation.
