As a Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate for Buyers Realty, Inc., Dave supports clients' commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing and relocation requirements. These services include client needs and market analysis, strategic short-term and long-term planning, purchase, sales, and lease negotiations. Dave leads project teams combining in-house and external resources to deliver comprehensive real estate services to clients that quickly meet and exceed their expectations.
Dave offers clients over 25 years of expertise in the commercial real estate industry, marketing and managing property in corporate real estate portfolios for companies such as the Principal Financial Group, Ruan Center Corporation, Foods Inc., Yum! Brands, and many other national, regional and local companies. Dave has completed hundreds of sale, lease and new development transactions across the United States, Midwest and State of Iowa. In addition, he served the citizens of the City of Des Moines, Iowa as a member of the City's Plan and Zoning Commission, working with neighborhood groups, businesses, and City staff to interpret, amend, and enforce the City's zoning ordinance. Since serving as a Commissioner, Dave has represented national, regional and local clients before other Zoning Boards and City Councils, assisting clients to apply for and receive approvals for rezoning, new development and redevelopment projects.
