I started my Real Estate career in 1987 in Bakersfield concentrating in residential sales. In the early 90's my focus was broadened to commercial and industrial sales and leases. I have seen the Real Estate market in Bakersfield go through many cycles in both the residential market as well as the commercial market.
Today we are experiencing one of the most volatile markets Bakersfield has ever seen. There has been an influx of out of the area developers, investors, and speculators making Bakersfield their new investment homes. These buyers are all different with very specific needs. Matching investors’ needs with the sellers needs has become the challenge - a challenge that requires creativity and a willingness to think outside the proverbial box.
