Dave Malta Associate Broker with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services brings you 40 years of experience in the Real Estate business. Originally licensed by the State of New York in 1962, Dave grew up in the business primarily because his father was a Realtor and owned and operated his own brokerage firm known as Browncroft Realty est. in 1952.
Dave was selling new homes at age 17 for his father who was also a new home builder. Dave was licensed at age 18 and enjoyed the experience of selling both Residential Real Estate and Commercial Properties.
