Sansom joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 to lead property management efforts in Nashville. His group is responsible for the oversight of maximizing value for commercial real estate portfolios at all stages of the asset lifecycle, including ground-up development, stabilization and lease-up, renovation and repositioning, refinancing and eventual disposition. He currently oversees a team of 160 professionals, across a portfolio of 36 million square feet. With over 15 years of experience working in commercial real estate, Sansom has partnered with a diverse range of clients across multiple international markets. Prior to being in Nashville, he was part of a JLL leadership team in Dallas charged with growing a market-leading property and asset management platform. He began his career with Knight Frank in Sydney, Australia, where he managed a diverse portfolio of office and industrial assets and was responsible for growing key client and tenant relationships.
