I am a trained professional working with Real Estate Marketplace NW, Inc, the largest, most active real estate company servicing North Spokane and Southern Pend Oreille and Stevens Counties, Washington.
While I am a Realtor, I am not a salesman, I am an educator. My job is to provide you the tools and the knowledge to help you make the decisions best for you. This is a job I complete about 30-40 times a year! Whether you are a seller or a buyer, helping you realize your goals is a great source of pleasure for me!
Although I have not traveled to the four corners of the world, I have been to three! I had my second birthday on a freighter in Manila harbor and have not stopped traveling or learning since. My 21 years in the US Army followed by five working for the US Navy in the American Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand has given me experience in dealing with high stress situations, emotionally charged atmospheres, conflicting interests, and politically important events. I have learned to deal with many types of people in several different languages, not to mention numerous dialects of English.
These experiences have trained me well for the rigors of a real estate career. I spent two years learning the business in Hawaii and have honed my skills over hundreds of transactions and 12 years in the Spokane arena.
My upbringing and training has taught me diligence, respect, deep belief in honesty and integrity and the importance of loyalty. My personal characteristics, nature and past experiences combine to make me a very professional realtor.
