David joined Marcus & Millichap as an Associate in March 2015, and is a member of the Net Leased Properties Group and National Office and Industrial Properties Group. David specializes in single tenant United States Postal Service properties nationally. David’s accomplishments with Marcus & Millichap includes transacting a ground lease, leasehold interest and multiple fee simple properties in one calendar year, and 23 USPS leased properties nationally to date. David is a 2018, and 2019 AUSPL Conference Exhibitor and is able to assist USPS landlords negotiate advantageous leases and net maximum proceeds on the disposition thru the biggest USPS buyer pool nationally.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, David was a financial analyst for five years at one of the largest defense contractors in the world, Raytheon, located in St. Petersburg, FL. David lived in NYC for three years before moving to Vietnam to teach English. David has lived and traveled throughout the world visiting six continents.
David currently resides in Denver, CO, and enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, and spending time with friends. David grew up in St. Louis, MO, as an accomplished collegiate baseball player at Missouri State. David continues his involvement with baseball as a coach for Douglas County High School during its 2018 season, and an NCAA umpire in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) for the 2019 season.
