Having joined Keystone Development Services in the fall of 2005, David brings a varied background in all phases of commercial and residential real estate. His primary background is in Asset Management and has knowledge and experience in the construction, leasing and financing of commercial and residential development.
David's leasing background includes experience as a user, tenant representative and owner's representative. David has worked with several companies gaining experience in the different aspects of real estate development. Prior to joining Keystone, he worked with a local non-profit housing agency developing new apartment projects and purchasing and renovating townhomes. Prior to that, David spent 12 years with Weeks Corporation and Duke-Weeks as Vice President of Asset Management for a portfolio of office, industrial and flex properties in Atlanta, Greenville, Florida and Texas.
David and Debbie have been married for 28 years and have a daughter, Kristin, and son, Timothy. He enjoys sailing, golf, scuba diving and touring on his motorcycle.
David is a licensed Broker, has his RPA through BOMA International and serves on the board of the Council for Quality Growth. He is a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett and is active in the community having volunteered countless hours to Boy Scouts of America, the Gwinnett County School Public Schools and coaching youth sports and Odyssey of the Mind teams.
